Do you charge to come to my home and quote for a job?
We never charge our customers for home visits to quote for any future jobs. We may however charge a call out fee for an emergency service or repair.
Do you out-source jobs to sub contractors?
We are a family based company who have worked together for years. We may use one of our trusted partners to carry out work in your home, but under our guidance and authority. All our contractors are fully qualified and insured with many years of experience.
Can you supply products (boiler, bathrooms, kitchens) for us?
We offer a design, supply and installation service for all products. We will help and advise our customers to the best of our ability and suggest ideas on how to achieve your dream home. Our complete project management service enables an easier customer journey from concept to completion.
When do I pay for work carried out?
For small repair and service jobs, payment is required upon completion. For larger projects we can work out a payment schedule that is convenient to both parties.
